Job summary

Matlen Silver is seeking a Java Developer for a 12-18 month contract in Newark, DE. The role is an in-person hire with USC/GC eligibility and a pay scale of $60-65/hour on W2. C2C or 1099 are not available, and an in-person interview is required.

The candidate will develop enterprise-grade Java applications, implement microservices, design RESTful APIs, and work with relational databases. Financial services exposure is a plus.

• Must have 7+ years of experience in Java development.
• Experience building microservices with Spring Boot.
• Experience designing REST APIs from scratch.
• Relational database experience.
