Qualifications

• 1 year of analytical thinking experience.
• Mentoring and code-review mindset.
• Ability to work with remote schedules and team norms.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate RabbitMQ tradeoffs with product when timelines collide.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a strong code-review culture.
• Pair RabbitMQ and analytical thinking in a pipeline the team can extend later.
• Build GraphQL dashboards to provide numbers for the tech team.
• Decide when to buy RabbitMQ versus build it for the Grand Forks stack.
• Ensure code quality through automated linting, testing, and static analysis.
