Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of Java development with strong Java (JDK 8 or higher).
• Strong understanding of OOP principles.
• Experience with Spring/Spring Boot and Hibernate/JPA.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment.
• Experience with enterprise or government systems.
• Knowledge of .NET stack and SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Java-based applications for government/enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with analysts, QA, and admins to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Develop and integrate APIs to support interoperability and secure data exchange.
• Contribute to system architecture, technical design, and documentation.
• Ensure performance, security, and reliability per best practices.
• Support deployment via CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Troubleshoot defects and production issues.
