Premier Inn Hotels LLC (UAE) is seeking a hands-on Backend Java Developer with 7+ years of software development experience to support a highly technical team. The role focuses on backend application development, microservices, AWS cloud technologies, database troubleshooting, and production support.

You will develop and enhance backend applications using Java and Spring Boot, build and maintain microservices and REST APIs, and work with AWS services including S3, Lambda, Glue, EMR, and EKS.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience developing microservices and REST APIs.
• Hands-on AWS experience with: S3, Lambda, Glue, EMR, EKS.
• Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills.
• Application debugging and production support experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and enhance backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.

• Work with AWS cloud services and batch-processing applications.
• Write and optimize SQL queries.
• Troubleshoot application and production issues.
• Collaborate with engineering, platform, compliance, and business teams.
