CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Java developer/programmer to join a team working on enhancing data utilization for a large, state-run project. The developer will aggregate data from various sources and develop plans for data collection, processing, storage, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of large-scale enterprise systems and expert knowledge of Java coding and web applications, including Java Server Faces Framework.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with business analysts and developers to produce software designs.
2. Provide work estimates, status updates, and track progress against project plans.
3. Formulate program specifications and develop prototypes.
4. Transform designs into high-functioning code.
5. Integrate software solutions into higher-level systems.
6. Create and enhance applications using web-based tools.
7. Test and debug code to ensure quality.
8. Develop testing and acceptance procedures with QA teams.
9. Perform system upgrades for security and efficiency.
10. Provide training, knowledge transfer, and documentation for users.

Qualifications:

1. At least 3 years of experience developing Java web applications using Java Server Faces Framework.
