The Java Developer is responsible for engaging in requirements gathering when working on new projects, successfully delivering work as specified, and participating in all aspects of maintaining and improving our application portfolio.

• Understand and implement technical and functional designrequirements outlined by Business Analysts and Project Managers.
• Ability to manage several concurrent projects.
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills.
• Collaborate with BA’s, PM’s and subject matter experts to contribute to the creation of functional requirements and implementation of these into end products.
• Be self‑motivated with the ability to establish and achieve goals.
• Be able to make and implement decisions beneficial to the business and be cost‑effective with problem solving.
• Design, code and test technical solutions in adherence to the highest quality standards.
• Proactively and effectively communicate project updates, issues, and other status items to appropriate organizational level.
