The role focuses on hands-on development, troubleshooting, and proofs of concept, with documentation of findings and options for stakeholders at all levels. Typically requires 5–7 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience with Java, Spring Boot microservices, and Spring.
• RESTful and SOAP interfaces, and experience with large code bases.

Job description

We are looking for highly motivated full stack engineer with a variety of hands-on experience to explore existing and emerging technologies to drive Financial Center modernization efforts. This individual contributor will be part of small team of technically strong individuals who support industry leading, multi-year, multi-gen teller transformation effort working on projects, trouble shooting, and developing proof of concepts. Industry leading applications developed by this team enable Financial Center associates to service clients using both desktop and iPads. The candidate must be able to document and communicate findings and options to all levels of the organization from both the technology and business. Typically requires minimum of 5-7 years of experience. Must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree is required.

REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

• Services: Java, Spring Boot Microservices, Spring
• Security and Authentication, Hibernate/JPA
• Platform tools: SVN, BitBucket, Jira, Container
• Persistence: Oracle, Caching
• Other: Agile Scrum Scaled Agile,
• Open shift Container knowledge is highly desirable.
• Packaging and deploying services via WAR files, Integration with downstream systems via RESTful and SOAP interfaces, Experience working with large code bases and collaborating with other team members, Experience troubleshooting system wide issues, Experience using Eclipse VS Code IDEs
