Job description

Role Responsibilities
- Responsible for analysis, design, coding, and testing of new applications or enhancements to existing applications using Java-based technologies, including Java, J2EE, JSP, XML, JDBC, and Servlets.
- Must be able to apply the SDLC concept and have a proven track record of delivering solid, robust applications.
- Must have a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming.
- Strong communication skills are required as the position will interact with business owners.

Minimum Requirements (Must Have)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 5 -6+ Years of working experience required on Java, J2EE, JSP, XML, JDBC.
- Experience from range of technologies such as Angular and React interfaces, REST, Spring Boot services, and SAML,
- Server-side technologies such as JBOSS, MessagingMOM (JMS, MQSeries), EJB 2.0/3.0, and Web Services (REST).
- Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented (OO) design patterns, distributed databases, and data modeling techniques
- Experience in the development of distributed/scalable systems and high-volume transaction applications.
- Knowledge of working with GIT, Jenkins, Maven, and Automated Deployment /Dev-ops will be a plus.
- Database design and writing complex SQL in an Oracle environment.
- Experience in an Agile development environment utilizing the Scrum methodology.

Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of healthcare messaging standards such as HL7, ASTM etc.
