Capital Minds in the United States is seeking a talented Java Developer to join our engineering team. You will contribute to the full software lifecycle, delivering scalable enterprise applications using Java 11+ and Spring Boot, and crafting robust RESTful APIs in a microservices and cloud-native environment.

You will collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, QA, and DevOps to ship features end-to-end, write clean and well-documented code, participate in code reviews and testing,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of production-grade Java development experience.
• Strong Spring Boot and Spring Framework background.
• Solid RESTful API design and microservices experience.
• SQL proficiency with PostgreSQL/MySQL; experience with Oracle optional.
• Git version control; familiarity with CI/CD and test tooling.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment and communicate effectively.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and integrate RESTful / GraphQL APIs and microservices.
• Collaborate with product managers, frontend, QA, and DevOps to deliver features end-to-end.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; participate in code reviews.
• Perform unit/integration testing and contribute to Agile ceremonies.
• Optimize performance and reliability; work with relational and NoSQL stores as needed.
