Job summary

Quantum Technologies LLC is seeking a Java backend engineer with strong AWS expertise to join our team in McLean, VA. The role focuses on building scalable Java services and cloud infrastructure for Cap1 projects.

You will work autonomously, collaborating with the team while applying DevOps practices to CI/CD pipelines and AWS deployments. AWS certification is highly regarded, and Cap1 tooling familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with AWS cloud services and DevOps practices.
• AWS Certification is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Recent experience working on Capital One (Cap1) projects is a significant advantage.
• Prior experience with the tech stack: Java, AWS, and DevOps.
