Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Java development, with a focus on backend services.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful API development, and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, and cloud deployment strategies.
• Strong understanding of banking domain processes, CIAM, IAM, risk management, and fraud detection systems.
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle RDBMS and MySQL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement scalable, high-performance backend services aligned with business objectives.
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices to support various digital solutions.
• Ensure the security and compliance of applications, especially within banking and identity management domains.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet client needs.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure high code quality and performance.
• Integrate with third-party systems and platforms using Kafka and other messaging protocols.
• Follow agile best practices, participate in sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
• Identify and resolve technical issues promptly, providing support for production environments.
