Job summary

Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw is seeking a Java Developer to design, develop and maintain Java applications in a banking environment, with a hybrid work model (office 1–5 days per month).

You will build integrations, support transaction processing systems, and create and modify database solutions while participating in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

Qualifications

• Min. 2–3 years of experience in Java development.
• Experience in banking systems development.
• Experience with Apache Kafka.
• Experience working with high-volume, real-time systems.
• Good knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and software testing.
• Understanding of system integrations and distributed architectures.

Location: Warsaw (hybrid, 1-5days/month from the office)
Start Date: ASAP / up to 30 days notice period
