Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking a senior technical lead with extensive Java and Spring Boot experience to drive backend architecture and hands-on development. The role emphasizes API design, Swagger UI integration, and robust unit testing within an enterprise authentication context.

The candidate will mentor developers, enforce coding standards, and optimize systems for speed and scalability while collaborating closely with UX, design and product teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 13–15 years of experience in Java and Spring Boot as a tech lead.
• AWS experience is highly preferred.
• Strong SQL and API design knowledge.
• Hands-on coding and capable of code reviews; not just theory.
• Implemented Swagger UI in REST services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver functionally correct, testable code with solid unit tests for an end-to-end DevOps pipeline.
• Review code and guide architecture; mentor multiple developers in a Git flow process.
• Design, implement and optimize scalable APIs and backend services.
• Collaborate with UX, design and product teams to build enterprise authentication apps.

Job Summary:

• 13 to 15 years of experience in Java and spring boot as a tech lead


• AWS is highly preferred


• Strong SQL skills


• Strong API design and coding knowledge


• Ability to handle multiple developers and review code and suggest architectural improvements, being hands on is very important, not just theory


• Have implemented Swagger UI in REST Services.


• Have setup and worked on pipelines in GitLab using tools like SONAR, Veracode.


• Work closely with UX, Design and Product to understand and build enterprise authentication apps sfrom scratch.


• Deliver functional and testable code with thorough unit testing to satisfy effective DevOps pipeline.


• Contribute to and enforce coding standards and also involve in code review through GIT flow process.


• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
