Job summary

Acestack seeks a Java Architect to lead designing scalable Java-based applications across the enterprise. Onsite roles in multiple cities, full-time employment, with a focus on architecture and technical leadership.

You will mentor teams, define standards for microservices, cloud deployments, and modern DevOps practices, and collaborate with product managers and QA to deliver robust solutions.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in core Java, Java EE, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate/JPA, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience designing microservices, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Design high-level and low-level architectural blueprints for Java applications.
• Guide and mentor development teams, enforce coding standards, and conduct design and code reviews.
• Research emerging technologies, build proofs-of-concepts, and evaluate their applicability to business goals.
• Develop strategies to integrate Java systems with external APIs, databases, or legacy systems, as well as cloud migration.
• Partner with product managers, QA, DevOps, and senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
