Inside Travel Group is seeking a Travel Consultant specializing in Japan to craft bespoke itineraries and unforgettable cultural experiences for our clients. Your exceptional time management, communication, and organisation will help prioritise tasks and manage both new bookings and ongoing itineraries.
We offer uncapped commission with an expected on-target earnings, familiarisation trips to destination countries, plus generous leave, volunteering leave and learning time to develop expertise in
Formación
- Previous customer service and/or sales experience.
- Experience of living and/or working in Japan.
- Self-motivated with the determination to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Highly organised and productive; you must be able to get a lot done under pressure to a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- People-oriented and motivated by creating exceptional client experiences.
Responsabilidades
- Consult with customers to identify their individual holiday requirements.
- Create high-quality tailor-made itineraries based on customer requirements.
- Work to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Co-ordinate all aspects of the customer booking to ensure successful delivery of trip.
