Cherry Bekaert LLP is seeking an Audit Staff to contribute to a wide range of audit engagements under supervision, serving clients across industries in the United States. You will build technical accounting skills, prepare financial statements with client collaboration, and handle audit workpapers and journal entries.

The role requires a Bachelor's in accounting or related field, with a Masters and CPA eligibility preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is required.
• Masters with CPA eligibility preferred; CPA certification pursued may be needed.
• GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software is expected.
• Ability to travel to client sites, including frequent same-day travel and occasional out-of-town travel.
• Overtime may be required during busy cycles.

Role Overview

As an Audit Staff at Cherry Bekaert, you will work on a wide variety of audit engagements under the supervision of different accounting professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• Masters preferred CPA certified or the eligibility to work toward obtaining a CPA license
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or above preferred, but not required
• Proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software programs
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed, including frequent same-day travel and occasional out-of-town travel
• Ability to work moderate overtime throughout the year with heavier overtime required during certain business cycles

Compensation

Pay Range: $66,000 - $76,000
