Monday - Friday, 20 hours a week (exact hours negotiable, mornings or evenings)

Candidate Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

DOT-JAX-Janitorial-Regional Transportation Management Center is a 1 floor, 1 building approximately 25,192 square feet that has a medium level of traffic. The RTMC hours of operation are 24/7. There are two separate areas, 4 bathrooms and 150‑175 employees. Work Environment: A government facility housing multiple Law Enforcement agencies.

Responsibilities

• Primary duties will be to clean, dust, vacuum, mop, remove trash from the offices and clean and maintain the breakroom areas and conference rooms.
• Standard housekeeping duties.
• DOT requires 3 professional references attached with the resume with these three questions answered:
• Did you work with this person?
• Is the person reliable?
• Would you hire this candidate back?

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
