Mmsteam is hiring for a full-time Janitor/Custodial position in Denver, CO. The role involves daily cleaning of offices and common areas, operating floor scrubbers, and performing routine safety checks.

Training occurs on the day shift with a starting pay of $19.29/hour, while the night shift pays $20.45/hour. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of janitorial experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs. and work in an industrial environment.

• Attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Clean offices, break rooms, restrooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and operate floor scrubbers.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Documentation, chemical expiration audits, and monthly safety checks.
• Dust, disinfect, and restock supplies.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces.
• Report maintenance concerns and help keep the facility safe.

Pay

• Training (Day Shift): $19.29/hour
• Night Shift: $20.45/hour

Schedule

• Training: Day Shift- 7 AM- 3:30 PM
• Regular Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Hours: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• Full-Time | Overtime may be available
• Position starts through a temporary service with potential future opportunities
