Woodman’s Sports & Convention Center is seeking a Janitorial Team Member to clean and sanitize public areas, meeting rooms, and bathrooms in Janesville, WI. The role requires willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, with a focus on reliability and attention to detail.

You will perform routine cleaning, monitor spills, manage trash/recycling, and assist guests with directions while supporting a championship level service culture at a premier sports facility.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping/janitorial/porter experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required or in progress.
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work well under minimal supervision and take directions.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize public areas, meeting rooms, and restrooms.
• Monitor spills and clean as needed throughout the facility.
• Clean all floor surfaces and glass; maintain bathrooms and restock supplies.
• CLean all guest seating and lobby areas; remove trash and recyclables daily.
• Provide courteous and friendly service to guests and give directions as needed.
• Complete non-routine cleaning per job orders.
• Handle emergency cleaning and special projects as directed by management.
