Alliance Building Services is seeking a reliable Janitorial Team Member to keep facilities clean, safe, and welcoming for patients, staff, and visitors in Lynnwood, WA. You will clean, disinfect, and maintain floors, restock supplies, and interact professionally with coworkers.

This role requires dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Shift: Mon-Fri 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM, with pay between $20.77 and $21.50 per hour. Eligible for benefits and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize assigned work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces regularly

• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferredKnowledge of cleaning, sanitation, infection-control, and workplace safety practices preferred
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift
• Comfortable operating standard cleaning equipment, including backpack vacuums
• Proficient in English, with the ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions, safety procedures, and chemical-handling requirements, and to communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and visitors
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, as required by the terms of the federal contract governing this position
• Must successfully complete the required background screening and any other screening or access requirements applicable to the federal worksite

Compensation

$20.77 – $21.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM
