Responsibilities

• Assist the janitorial staff with work assignments and cover shifts as needed.
• Ensure cleaning standards are met by the team and lead by example.
• Promote high-quality cleaning and positive employee relations.
• Take inventory of supplies and inform management when restocking is required.
• Provide training and guidance to janitorial staff and join in-service sessions.
• Attend meetings and perform all janitorial duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Support the supervisor with additional duties as needed.
