Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of janitorial or cleaning experience, including supervisory experience.
• Must have own transportation.
• Must pass a background check.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervising janitorial staff.
• Inspecting completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Training new team members on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
• Addressing client concerns and communicating updates to management.
• Cleaning bathrooms, trash removal, cleaning break areas, sweeping, mopping, and wiping down glass doors as needed.
