Flagship Facility Services, Inc. in Middletown Township, PA is seeking a Janitorial Supervisor to ensure staff clean and maintain client premises to the standards set by FlagShip Holding Company. The role includes supervising employees, managing schedules, and maintaining high standards of service.

You will evaluate performance, address customer concerns, and ensure safety and compliance with OSHA while training staff and coordinating with management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in janitorial/facilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and help delegate operations schedule to ensure proper work area coverage.
• Evaluates performance of personnel and inspects areas to ensure proper work; provide hands-on support as needed.
• Identify problems and recommend solutions for continuous quality improvement and to exceed customer expectations.
• Report issues to Operations Manager/Coordinator and address customer concerns promptly.
• Monitor purchasing activities, supply and equipment usage, including labeling and storage per OSHA standards.
• Provide on-the-job training for staff and participate in customer training to share information.
• Carry out management responsibilities in line with company policies and customer rules.
