Job summary

MahlerClean in Southeast Wisconsin is hiring full-time and part-time cleaning professionals for the Menomonee Falls area. The role is for evenings, Monday through Friday, 5:30pm to 9:30pm, and pays $19 per hour.

You will perform daily cleaning tasks and supervise a small team of 3+ cleaners. This position offers the chance to gain experience in teamwork, customer service, and quality assurance while contributing to a Top Workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Accessible by telephone.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.

• Perform daily cleaning/janitorial tasks to include vacuuming, waste collection, dusting, sweeping/mopping of floors, cleaning of restrooms, surface disinfection, etc.
