Job summary

ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning Advantage by Marshall in Lancaster, Ohio, is hiring for a part-time evening cleaner. You will perform cleaning tasks, manage basic supplies, and assist with training of new staff.

15-25 hours per week, within 15 miles of Lancaster, with a $15.50–$16 hourly rate and a $250 sign-on bonus after 90 days of good attendance. Benefits include advancement opportunities, training, company events, and a flexible schedule.

Supervisor duties include fill in cleaning, inspections, delivery of supplies, and training new employees. You must have a working cell phone that receives calls, texts, and email, this is required. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Fill in Cleaning Consists of:

• Mopping

• Vacuuming
• Cleaning restrooms and break areas

Physical Demands:
