Job summary

Navy Exchange at Naval Base San Diego seeks a Janitor Supervisor for the Fashion Store. The role is full-time (35 hours) and supervises 3–8 janitorial staff, ensuring cleanliness of NEX stores and offices on the base.

• Supervises janitors performing cleaning duties across stores and offices.
• Makes assignments, approves leave, and reviews performance.
• Manages supplies and equipment, orders replacements per guidelines.
• Ensures EEO policies are followed and supervises across locations as needed.
