The Facilities Group Hawaii (TFG HI) is a combination of two local companies that have provided facilities maintenance services to leading businesses in Hawaii for over 50 years. We provide comprehensive commercial building maintenance and cleaning services, including daily janitorial, carpet cleaning, floor stripping and coating, pressure washing, sanitizing, and building maintenance and repairs.
Janitorial Supervisors for TFG HI are responsible for overseeing janitorial operations at assigned client facilities throughout the Island. Customer properties include individual office suites, larger professional buildings, educational and medical facilities, financial institutions, and other commercial properties. Our Janitorial Supervisors serve as leaders and representatives of the company, ensuring quality service delivery while supporting team members and maintaining strong client relationships.
A TFG HI Janitorial Supervisor is an essential member of our Operations team. They must be a reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated professional with strong leadership skills, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to ensure operational excellence while supporting and developing team members.
