Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience: 2–3 years custodial or commercial cleaning.
• Leadership: strong communication and conflict-resolution skills to guide a team.
• Technical: familiarity with heavy equipment and OSHA safety rules.
• Physical stamina: ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy supplies throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Staff Management: Assign daily cleaning duties, and train new or existing custodial personnel.
• Quality Control: Inspect completed work regularly to ensure adherence to company and health standards.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders when items run low.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, including the correct handling and dilution of industrial cleaning chemicals.
• Operations Support: Resolve staff conflicts, handle client complaints, and step in to clean during staff shortages.

Schedule

Monday - Friday (5pm - 1am)
