We are looking for an Environmental Services Supervisor for our government customer in Pine Bluff, Ar. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of (2) years\' experience in supervising in the Environmental Services industry, specifically with Sanitation teams. Detailed knowledge of cleaning procedures and customer service skills is a must. In addition, managing and overseeing the cleaning schedule and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the work activities of janitorial personnel in a professional environment.
• Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding janitorial services and take corrective action.
• May purchase janitorial supplies, manage stock level of inventory, train new employees, and recommend dismissals.

Qualifications & Requirements

Applicants must be US citizen and must be able to pass a background check performed by the Federal Government.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to sit, stand, reach, bend and stoop for extended periods of time.
• Ascending/Descending stairs and move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds frequently.
• May be required to lift up to 30 lbs.
