Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Janitorial Supervisor in Anchorage to coordinate cleaning teams across commercial facilities. This full-time position requires hands-on leadership, task assignment, and ensuring consistent standards.

You will supervise 2 to 50 janitorial employees, assist in training, and manage schedules and performance feedback while maintaining a high level of customer service. Weekly pay and a stable work schedule are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of three (3) years of verifiable work history.
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in the janitorial industry.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions effectively.

• Issues supplies and equipment.
• Resolve workers' problems or refers matters to the Manager.
• Perform the duties of workers supervised.

• Plan, assign, and direct work.
• Provide feedback for managers to effectively appraise employee performance.
• Address customer complaints and resolves problems.
• Collaborate with employees and perform related duties as a Working Supervisor.

Job Description

Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Janitorial Supervisor. The Janitorial Supervisor coordinates and assists employees in performing activities related to cleaning and maintaining the premises of commercial, industrial, and medical establishments

Full Time $30 / hr

• Morning and Afternoon
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
• 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• Weekly pay

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assign tasks to workers, and inspect completed work for conformance to standards

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

• Prior cleaning or janitorial experience
• Familiarity with custodial practices and commercial cleaning standards
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and waxing
• Experience in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance
