Qualifications

• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safe usage.
• Reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building security and safety; secure entrances.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain restrooms; replenish supplies.
• Collect, dispose of trash and waste materials.
• Clean floors via sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and related methods.
• Follow safety procedures for chemical cleaners and equipment.
• Notify management of maintenance issues or repairs.
• Monitor inventory and request supplies as needed.
• Clean blinds, glass surfaces, windows, partitions and mirrors.
• Polish furniture and fixtures for a professional appearance.
• Dust and wipe surfaces; handle recyclables per procedures.
• Safely handle biohazardous waste in medical facilities when applicable.
• Adapt to change; work independently or in a team; meet deadlines.
• Communicate well; provide good customer service and positive image.
