Job summary

4M Building Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Janitorial Route Supervisor for evening shifts in Murray, KY. The role oversees a cleaning team, drives the company vehicle between sites, and ensures all client sites are serviced to 4M standards.

You will supervise staff, plan schedules, train team members, and maintain records while promoting safety and high-quality cleaning across one or more locations. Hourly pay, with benefits and career growth opportunities.

Hourly Pay Rate: $16.00

Monday - 8pm-12am - ONE LOCATION

Tuesday - 9am-11am; 4pm-12am (one day shift of rotating businesses) ROUTE

Thursday - 8pm-12am - ONE LOCATION

Friday - 8pm-12am - ONE LOCATION

This position is in charge of all aspects of a nightly shift at 4M. This position will be responsible for vehicle prep, driving the company vehicle from businessto business, keeping up with keys and alarm codes to each client - all the while leading a staff of cleaners through cleaning tasks at each business.

Duties of the position include:

• directly supervising and coordinating work activities of the team

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age

Janitorial experience

• Professional Driving experience
• Supervisor experience is preferred
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus.
