Job summary

Diversified Maintenance is seeking a Janitor for full-time or part-time roles on 2nd and 3rd shifts. The role covers all-purpose cleaning inside client sites with a flexible scope and a pay rate of $18.25 per hour, plus weekly pay.

Responsibilities include floor care, restroom upkeep, trash disposal, windows and carpet maintenance, and routine equipment use. Requires a HS diploma or 6 months janitorial experience and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or six months janitorial experience
• On the job training will be provided
• Attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions effectively

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming)
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage
• Clean and maintain restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrance areas
• Empty trash and manage disposal
• Clean windows and mirrors with appropriate cleaners
• Spot clean carpets and assist in carpet care
• Replenish paper products and sanitation supplies
• Follow housekeeping schedule
• Operate heavy cleaning equipment as needed
