Job summary

RBM Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable Janitor/Custodian in Sandy, UT to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can work independently following established cleaning procedures.

Two schedules available: 1st shift Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri 4PM–10:30PM and Sun 11:30AM–7:30PM; or 2nd schedule Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat 4:00PM–10:30PM and Sun 11:00AM–7:00PM. Pay is $15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial or cleaning preferred but not required.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks efficiently.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to safely lift and move cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform physical cleaning duties for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, common areas, floors, and other assigned areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and clean surfaces and fixtures.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and properly dispose of waste.
• Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Clean windows, mirrors, doors, and other glass surfaces.
• Perform routine cleaning and disinfecting of high-touch areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely and according to instructions.
• Follow all company health, safety, and sanitation policies.
• Perform other cleaning and related duties as assigned.
