The candidate will lead cleaning crews, train staff, and manage inventory while maintaining safety and quality standards. A bilingual English/Spanish capability is preferred; a valid driver's license is required to navigate sites and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with clean record required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee janitorial operations in the Orange County/Inland Empire area.
• Schedule and supervise field cleaning crews; drive productivity and quality.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions for staff and safety protocols.
• Manage inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies; ensure readiness.
• Track employee hours and payroll using company software; report variances.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure timely completion of tasks and special projects.
