Responsibilities

• Manage daily janitorial operations, staffing, schedules, and priorities.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across areas.
• Conduct inspections and correct deficiencies promptly.
• Lead, train, and coach employees on attendance and performance.
• Maintain schedules, inventory, and work orders.
• Build relationships with customers and facility leadership.
• Respond to customer requests and service needs.
• Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and PPE.
• Adjust cleaning frequencies based on usage.
• Promote ownership, teamwork, safety, and service.
• Complies with safety and security procedures.
• Set a positive and professional example for workforce.
