Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring for Facility Services to maintain cleanliness in our travel center, including showers, restrooms, and general store upkeep. You will support guest satisfaction by keeping all facilities well-maintained and presentable.

The role requires physical ability, a flexible schedule, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude to ensure a positive guest experience across our busy travel center environment.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated self-starters.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk most of the day.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store.
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities.
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers.
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store.
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
