Pilot Company is seeking a team-oriented Facilities Service associate at our travel center. You will help maintain clean showers, restrooms, and common areas to ensure a positive guest experience.

This role emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and reliability, with a schedule that can include nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Weekly pay and benefits support long-term employment goals.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated self-starters.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in a similar position (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities
