Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring at its travel centers to maintain clean facilities and deliver great guest service. The role involves cleaning showers, restrooms, and general upkeep to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests, whether professional drivers or casual travelers.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, able to lift 50 pounds, and capable of working a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Training and opportunities exist for other roles within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair/maintenance of the store.
• Collect and dispose of trash around the travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.

Pay Rates Starting between: $14.45 - $21.10 / hour
