Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a store associate to maintain the cleanliness of the travel center, including showers and restrooms, and to support guest needs. You will help keep facilities well-maintained and contribute to a welcoming environment for all guests.

The role requires physical work, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Weekly pay and benefits are offered to eligible teammates.

Responsibilities

Pay Rates Starting between: $11.85 - $17.25 / hour

Job Description

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities

Qualifications

• Highly motivated self-starters
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of industrial equipment and ability to fix small problems
