Job summary

Pilot Company in Punta Gorda, FL is hiring for a Facility Services role focused on maintaining clean stores and restrooms at our travel center. You will perform cleaning, restocking towels, light maintenance, and help provide excellent guest service to travelers and team members.

We offer weekly pay, competitive starting wages, and benefits options for full-time teammates. Flexible shifts including nights and weekends are available to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be a motivated self-starter and able to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Ability to work nights, days, weekends and holidays with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store and facilities.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities as part of daily routines.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair/ maintenance tasks around the travel center.
• Collect and dispose of trash and keep guest areas inviting.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
