Job summary

McDonald's Restaurants Limited is seeking a Maintenance Person in the United States with a focus on cleanliness and maintenance of restaurant facilities. The role supports management in keeping the interior and exterior immaculate and ensures equipment is properly serviced to maintain safety and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assists management in achieving and maintaining restaurant cleanliness and equipment upkeep.
• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Clean lobby and wash windows.
• Detail cleaning of the restaurant.
• Take out and empty trash.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.

Job description

Pay and Benefit Info:

• Starting pay rate of $15.00 per hour.
• Earn a Perfect Attendance Bonus of an extra $.50/hour each month you maintain perfect attendance.
• $2.00 premium pay per hour for every late, overnight, and early hours worked between 10 PM and 7 AM.

Description:

The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.

The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
