Job summary

Pilot Company in Napoleon, OH is seeking a dedicated Facility Services teammate to maintain a clean, welcoming store environment for all guests and team members. Your work supports a smooth daily operation at our travel center.

You will clean showers and restrooms, wash and manage towels, perform general upkeep and light repairs, and take out trash to keep facilities safe and inviting for drivers, commuters and travelers.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated self-starters.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair/maintenance of the store.
• Pick up and take out all trash around travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
