Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a store maintenance associate to keep our travel center clean and welcoming. You’ll maintain restrooms and showers, restock supplies, and support general upkeep to ensure a positive guest experience for drivers and travelers alike.

The role emphasizes reliability, physical stamina, and teamwork. We offer weekly pay, a flexible schedule, and opportunities for growth within our North Dakota locations. Training is provided and a supportive team environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, able to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk most of the day.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Preferred: experience in a similar position and knowledge of industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities
