Pilot Company is hiring for a Store Maintenance/Janitorial role at our Marshall travel center. The job involves keeping the store clean, restrooms and showers, loading towels, general repairs, and maintaining guest facilities to provide a high-quality experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, physical ability to lift 50 pounds, flexible nights/days/weekends/holidays, and delivering friendly guest service. We offer weekly pay, meals, health plans, PTO, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall store cleanliness and upkeep.
• Clean showers and restrooms and manage towel laundry.
• Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks around the travel center.
• Greet guests and provide outstanding guest service.
• Handle garbage and keep common areas tidy.

Pay Rates Starting between: $15.00 - $21.10 / hour

Job Description

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities
