Job summary

Fitness Ventures LLC is hiring to support operations at Crunch Fitness locations in Los Angeles and surrounding areas. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the club, assisting members and guests, and completing daily checklists under the supervision of the general manager.

Applicants should have a valid CPR certification, experience with children where applicable, and compliant certifications as required by local/state law.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization on the interior of the club
• Maintain cleanliness on the immediate exterior of the club
• Assist with service to the members and guests
• Daily completion of any itemized checklist of cleaning responsibilities as set forth by the general manager
• Maintain friendly and helpful attitude to all club staff, members and guests
• Know, understand, and follow all policies, procedures, and standards
• Facilitate member requests or forward to a manager
• Remain aware of club facility concerns including downed/broken equipment and building issues
• Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
• Follow all policies and procedures in Team Member Handbook
• Any additional tasks/projects as requested by management

Physical Requirements

• Lift 30 lbs. on occasion
• Stand, bend and squat with frequency
• Push and pull cleaning/maintenance equipment as needed
