Job summary

Pilot Flying J is seeking a Store Associate to maintain cleanliness, clean showers and restrooms, wash towels, and perform general repair/maintenance. You will contribute to a welcoming guest experience and keep facilities in top condition.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, able to lift 50 pounds, work flexible nights and weekends, and thrive in a team environment. We offer weekly pay and benefits; join us to support travelers and create a positive stop on their journey.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair/maintenance of the store.
• Pick up and remove trash around the travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.

Pay Rates Starting between: $11.90 - $16.30 / hour
