Pilot Company in Hobbs, NM is seeking a Facility Services teammate to maintain the store's overall cleanliness, clean showers and restrooms, and handle towel washing and general maintenance around the travel center.

You will contribute to a safe, welcoming guest experience by keeping facilities well maintained, supporting fast-paced service, and collaborating with a friendly team on a flexible schedule including nights, days, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High motivation and ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Experience in a similar facility services role preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers
• Performing general repair/maintenance of the store
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities
