Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring at Gillette, WY to maintain the cleanliness of the travel center and support guest services across showers, restrooms, and facilities. You will perform cleaning, towels management, and basic maintenance to keep the site welcoming for all guests including drivers, commuters, and travelers.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to handle physical tasks, with shifts that cover nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated self-starters.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store.
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities.
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers.
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store.
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.

Pay Rates Starting between: $12.50 - $18.23 / hour
