Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Facility Services team member to maintain cleanliness and guest-ready restroom and shower areas at our travel center. The role involves lifting towels, cleaning facilities, and helping keep the store in top condition.

Ideal candidates are motivated, able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and comfortable performing basic repairs. Training and opportunities exist to grow within the travel center network.

Qualifications

• Requires self-motivation and ability to work in a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk most of the day.
• Able to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in a similar position is preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment and repair skills is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair/maintenance of the store.
• Pick up and take all trash around travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
